Antiquity Heights | Cornelius, NC
Antiquity Heights is a $13 million, garden-style senior apartment complex located 20 miles north of Charlotte. The multifamily property consists of four three-story buildings supplying one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. The project, designed for its target family demographic, includes a community room, business center, playground, picnic area. Raymond James supplied $10 million of equity to support this positive addition to the Cornelius community.

Dupont Landing | Aiken, SC
Dupont Landing is an award-winning, single-family subdivision designed for eventual homeownership. Dupont Landing consists of 44 homes, all three-bedroom and two-bathroom, with two-story homes interspersed with single-story homes. The property also includes a clubhouse, amenity center, playground, open space and gazebo. This project utilized low-income housing tax credits provided by the South Carolina State Housing Finance and Development Authority, which awarded Dupont Landing its two top housing awards in 2016: the Palmetto Award for Best Housing Development and the Palmetto Award for the Most Creative Partnership. Equity was provided by Raymond James.

Pelican Landing Apartments | Mobile, AL
Pelican Landing Apartments is a new-construction, 64-unit family LIHTC development. The subject will consist of eight 798-square-foot, one-bedroom/one-bathroom units; 44 1,082-square-foot, two-bedroom/two-bathroom units; and 12 1,232-square-foot, three-bedroom/two-bathroom units. Residency will be restricted to households earning 50% and 60% of AMI. The project will consist of eight two-story, garden-style residential buildings and one community building. Common area amenities will include a laundry facility, community room, business center, playground, fitness center, swimming pool, on-site management office, picnic area and recreational area.

Rosedale Redevelopment Phase III | Tuscaloosa, AL
Rosedale III is a proposed new construction senior LIHTC development to be located in the south-central portion of the city of Tuscaloosa. The subject will consist of 128 total units, including 24 one-bedroom/one-bathroom and 104 two-bedroom/two-bathroom units. The 24 one-bedroom units will be set aside at the 60% AMI level and will be operated under an Annual Contributions Contract, while 24 of the two-bedroom units will be set aside at the 30% AMI level and operated as ACC units as well. The remaining 80 revenue-generating, two-bedroom units will be set aside at the 60% AMI level and be subsidized by Section 8 rental assistance. These services will include at least three holiday festivities, bi-annual dinners or luncheons, monthly age-appropriate games for residents, age-appropriate movies and the distribution of a newsletter detailing upcoming activities.
