The Raymond James Energy Infrastructure team focuses on growth-oriented companies that provide a variety of solutions and services across the entire infrastructure and logistics value chain. While our practice historically has had a North American focus, our platform and service capabilities are geographically and hydrocarbon agnostic. Areas of expertise span supply origination and purity hydrocarbon transportation infrastructure, through the vertically integrated value chain, canvassing all aspects of storage, downstream refining and petrochemical infrastructure, distribution and end-user logistics, and other associated infrastructure services. Since the inception of our team, we have completed more than 300 transactions for both public and private companies, consisting of capital raises, including public offerings (IPOs and follow-ons) and private placements, as well as financial advisory assignments, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), fairness opinions and other advisory mandates across the energy infrastructure sector.

We have robust experience advising legacy energy infrastructure and logistics companies (e.g., oil, natural gas, natural gas liquids and refined petroleum products), in addition to a growing presence and focus on the energy transition movement, including bio-industrial infrastructure and the associated optimization of legacy infrastructure to capitalize on reduced carbon intensity bio and renewable fuels origination, storage, refining and distribution. We aim to support our clients in their pursuit of maximizing environmental integrity through de-carbonization opportunities, reinforced by an integrated spectrum of energy transition expertise with a foundation in the fundamentals.
