At the height of the pandemic, she redirected her focuses to the local devastation felt by Hampton Roads businesses. By joining The Department of Economic Development in The City of Norfolk, she strived to improve the quality of life for the local community, small businesses and large-scale corporations. She furthered her efforts to improve the Hampton Roads region by joining The Department of Economic Development in The City of Virginia Beach as a Business Development Manager specializing in International Business Attraction. Now with Raymond James, Kate continues her pursuit to serve others through economic challenges.
