Raymond James welcomes financial advisor with $162 million in client assets in Maryland
ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. – Raymond James welcomed financial advisor Troy Brewer to Raymond James Financial Services (RJFS) – the firm’s independent advisor channel – according to Shannon Reid, Northeast division director for RJFS.
Operating as ClearPlan Wealth Management in Towson, Maryland, Brewer is joined by associates Wendy Franklin-Bayley, Carol Brewer and Marci Griffin. Together they provide clients with comprehensive, personalized financial planning with a focus on integrating with the client’s CPA, attorney and other trusted professionals for a holistic financial view. Brewer was formerly affiliated with Wells Fargo Advisors where he managed approximately $162 million in client assets.

A 28-year veteran of the financial services industry, Brewer spent the last 12 years at Wells Fargo Advisors. Prior to his tenure there, he was affiliated with Legg Mason Wood Walker and UBS Financial Services. Brewer spent time as a manufacturing engineer and production manager at Westinghouse Electric Corporation before working in financial services. In addition to a Bachelor of Science from the University of Maryland, he also holds an MBA in finance from Loyola University and is a Chartered Retirement Plans Specialist®.
