A Few of the Finer Things - January 2016
Change is inevitable…it is with much sadness that I announce that Lauren Mitchell will be leaving Weiss Wealth Strategies of Raymond James as of January 19th. Lauren has been my Client Service Associate for over seven years and has provided all of you with consistent outstanding service along with a very pleasant demeanor during that time. Many of you commented to me over the years about what an asset Lauren is to my business and her contributions never went unnoticed, especially by me. For the past two years Lauren has commuted over fifty minutes each way from her home in Ahwatukee and she is at the point in her life where she would like to be closer to home (and even work some from home) and she and her husband are interested in starting a family. I knew this day would one day come and I wasn't looking forward to it. I know you all join me in wishing Lauren all of the health, happiness and success her bright future holds in store for her as well as thanking her for her many contributions to my Weiss Wealth Strategies team.
It is said that when one door closes, another opens and it appears that Lady Luck has once again found the Weiss Wealth Strategy team. For those of you who have been with me (and my father) for a long time, you might remember that when we had a similar circumstance happen to us at Smith Barney in the early 2000's, a wonderful woman named Juana Mahlandt came to our rescue and was quite a spectacular addition to our team. Juana was with Smith Barney in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and had always wanted to move to Arizona but needed a position to open and ours did. It was a great fit and everybody (especially our clients) won.
So it is with much happiness and excitement that I announce that Holley Held will be joining me on January 25th as my new Registered Client Service Associate. Holley comes to us from a Raymond James team in Corvallis, Oregon, where she has worked for nine years. She has worked in the financial services industry for over thirteen years in a client service capacity. Holley's family lives in the Phoenix area and she has wanted to move here but, much like Juana, needed a position to open and our mutual timing could not have been better! Holley is Series 7 & 63 licensed and she knows all of our operational systems that exist at Raymond James and if this situation had to occur I could not have asked for a better outcome!
I am quite certain that you will enjoy Holley's very capable service, very pleasant demeanor, and extremely nurturing personality that make people like Holley, Juana and Lauren all very successful at what they do. Holley will be sitting where Lauren did and have the same phone number and she is very excited about this opportunity. Please join me in welcoming Holley to Weiss Wealth Strategies!
