After establishing himself as an attorney in Metro Detroit, Lowell Weiss decided to make a career change and join the family business. Today, he employs the skills he used as a lawyer to help his clients solve unique financial issues and develop comprehensive wealth plans.
He approaches his financial services career in much the same way he practiced law – his primary focus is the one-on-one relationship between client and advisor. He actively listens to his clients’ concerns and objectives, and then draws on his broad range of experience and extensive training to help them reach their goals.
A graduate of the Ohio State University, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts in public affairs journalism, Lowell received his Juris Doctor from Michigan State University’s College of Law. He also holds the wealth management specialist designation.
Lowell, a Michigan native, grew up in Bloomfield Hills, where he still resides along with his wife, Colleen. He devotes his spare time to volunteering with Elder Law of Michigan, the Young Adult Division of the Jewish Federation of Metropolitan Detroit, and to watching college football and cheering for all Detroit sports teams.
