In 1977, Lenny Weiss launched what would become a long and successful financial services career. After getting his start with Shearson Hayden & Stone, which later became Shearson/Smith Barney, he worked with Prudential/Wachovia and founded WSB Partners (an affiliate of LPL Financial) before establishing Weiss Wealth Management Group of Raymond James & Associates in 2005.
As an advisor, Lenny focuses on providing active, tactical financial guidance. His aim isn’t to follow trends or simply buy and hold – he seeks to identify opportunity, to pursue it sensibly, to continually evaluate and re-evaluate risk, and to shield his clients’ portfolios from downturns.
It’s an approach designed to achieve steady performance as well as steady nerves. He calms fears as he strengthens portfolios. And through this approach, he builds lasting relationships with his clients – many of whom have worked with him for more than 30 years.
An active member of the local community, he has served on the board of the Friendship Circle and spent many years as a youth hockey coach.
Lenny is originally from Detroit and now resides in Bloomfield Hills. He has two grown children, Tracy and Lowell and two grandchildren, Benjamin and Rebecca.
