Jeff Fordham

Mr. Fordham joined Raymond James in 1993 as a syndicate senior deal captain. In this capacity, he was charged with the coordination and execution of both institutional and retail marketing, aftermarket trading as well as the pricing of lead managed equity offerings. Mr. Fordham was appointed the head of Corporate & Executive Services in 2000 and has led the coordination and execution of our corporate clients’ common share repurchase programs, at-the-market offering executions, Rule 144 block placements, 10b5-1 sales plans, retail sales agency placements, and corporate equity compensation programs. Additionally, he also specializes in the origination and execution of equity capital raises for corporate clients in the energy sector. Prior to joining Raymond James, Mr. Fordham served as a senior credit administrator with ITT Commercial Finance and was an associate in corporate lending with SunTrust and Southeast Banks. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in finance, with honors, from the University of South Florida.
