Lori is a senior banker and joined Raymond James in September of 2000 and has 36 years of experience on a wide variety of municipal credits both in Texas and nationally, including the State of Alaska, Arizona, Colorado, Mississippi, Texas, Oklahoma, Idaho, Virginia, Washington, New Mexico, and Washington DC to name a few. She is a registered municipal advisor and investment banker and does both municipal advisory and investment banking. She has worked with numerous cities, counties, school districts, public improvement districts (PIDs) and federal agencies across the country on a wide variety of credits, including general obligation, private placements, revenue bonds, hotel occupancy tax, sales tax, federal funds, appropriation backed debt and assessment backed credits. She is a member of Women in Public Finance and past Chairman of the Association for Governmental Leasing and Finance. Lori attended Idaho State University and Palm Beach Atlantic College, Palm Beach, Florida, and holds FINRA licenses 7, 50, 53, 63 and 79.
