Brian joined the Raymond James public finance department in March 2024 as managing director in our newly-established Seattle office. He brings with him over 18 years of expertise in public finance as both a banker and derivatives specialist. He previously joined Citi in 2022 following a 17-year tenure at Goldman Sachs. Brian leads coverage of airports and other issuers across the western region. At Goldman, he also led the national risk management practice with the public sector and related clientele.

Over his career, Brian has led approximately $40 billion of financings and derivatives across nearly all sectors in the municipal market, including airports, ports, states, counties, cities, public power utilities, water and sewer utilities, transit and surface transportation agencies, universities ,healthcare systems, P3s and other nonprofit entities. In the airport sector, Brian has worked with most of the major west region airports and senior or co-senior managed over $5 billion of airport bonds.

Brian graduated magna cum laude from the University of Puget Sound with a B.S. degree and dual majors in economics and business.
