Stephanie Lom

Managing Director

Stephanie Lom is a director in the New York office of Raymond James Public Finance. She primarily serves the needs of general governmental clients throughout the Northeast.

Stephanie has served as lead, support and quantitative banker on more than $6 billion in issuance for issuers throughout the country and has particular experience managing and executing complicated pooled financings through the New Jersey Educational Facilities Authority, Dormitory Authority of the State of New York as well as through eight separate New Jersey County Improvement Authorities.

Since she joined Raymond James as an analyst in 2006, Stephanie has conducted analyses and provided financing alternatives for many issuers throughout the country, including state- and county-level issuers, local governments and municipalities, school districts and nonprofits.

Stephanie graduated from Lehigh University with a Bachelor of Science in Business and Economics with a minor in International Relations. She is a FINRA Registered Securities Representative with Series 7, 53 and 63 securities licenses.
