Harley Hoy

Harley has been in the public finance sector for nearly five years. After beginning her career on the buy-side at Franklin Templeton as a credit research analyst, Harley moved to Citigroup as a banking associate. She has worked with issuers up and down the West Coast, including the State of California, Oregon and Hawaii as well as local governments such as the County of Los Angeles and City of Oakland. Harley has experience providing both quantitative analysis and deal execution. Harley recently joined Raymond James to continue her coverage of Western Region issuers, and her Hawaii experience includes two senior-managed State of Hawaii GO financings totaling $1.79 billion. Harley has a bachelor’s degree in economics with a double minor in statistics and accounting from the University of California, Davis. She currently holds her SIE, Series 53, 62 and 79 licenses.
