Nick Petrocelli joined Raymond James in 2022 as an associate and currently serves as a vice president in the Commercial & Industrial Services group within the Diversified Industrials practice. Nick brings over seven years of M&A and investment banking experience working with private equity-backed, family-owned and publicly traded companies. Prior to Raymond James, Nick worked for KeyBanc Capital Markets in their Mergers & Acquisitions group where he focused on M&A advisory in the diversified industrials sector. Prior to KeyBanc, Nick held corporate development and advisory roles at AMETEK, Inc. and Ernst & Young. Nick received his Bachelor of Arts degree in finance from the University of Pittsburgh and is a CFA® Charterholder.
