Peter Pergola

Pete started at Raymond James in 2005. Prior to joining the Equity-Linked Securities team, Mr. Pergola worked as the Assistant to the Chairman (Tom James), aiding in the analysis and implementation of special projects at the corporate level. Next, as an Equity Capital Markets Analyst, Pete covered a broad array of industries in support of the firm’s equity origination and syndication efforts. In 2007, Pete shifted focus towards equity-linked capital markets origination, helping structure and underwrite complex convertible offerings for corporate clients, as well as executing numerous liability management assignments. Mr. Pergola holds a Bachelor of Science degree in finance from the University of Florida and has held the CFA Charter since 2010.
