Lisa Ramey

Lisa Ramey returned to Raymond James & Associates in 2022 as a director leading the firm’s equity capital raising efforts for Consumer, including health and beauty, restaurants, retail e-commerce, home furnishings and enthusiast brands.

Prior to Raymond James, Lisa worked at 3MG Solutions, a private residential and commercial roofing business in Central Florida, as chief financial officer, and at Xenia Hotels & Resorts, an NYSE-traded lodging REIT, as vice president of finance assisting in all capital markets activity and investor relations. Lisa began her career at Raymond James in Real Estate Investment Banking, working with a broad range of public and private real estate companies, including REITs, lodging companies and homebuilders, focused on raising equity and preferred capital in both the public and private markets, and mergers and acquisitions. Lisa graduated from the University of Florida with a Master of Science degree in finance in May 2008 and a Bachelor of Science degree in finance in May 2007.
