Alec Haesler joined Raymond James in 2022 as a Vice President, with a focus on advising a variety of stakeholders on liability management strategies, stressed or distressed M&A transactions, complex debt and equity financing, credit agreement amendments, out-of-court recapitalizations and chapter 11 restructurings.

 

Prior to joining Raymond James, Mr. Haesler previously worked at Carl Marks Advisors, serving as a director in the restructuring advisory group. Prior to that, Mr. Haesler was a vice president at another respected, middle-market advisory firm, working across its restructuring and turnaround, corporate finance and performance improvement groups. Mr. Haesler began his career at PwC in the transaction services group, advising on business valuation, capital markets transactions and complex accounting scenarios.

 

Mr. Haesler holds a BS in commerce from the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce, with a dual concentration in finance and accounting. He is a CFA® charter holder and a CPA licensed in New York.
