Katie Donovan

Katie Donovan joined Raymond James in 2018 and serves as a Vice President in the Capital Structure Advisory group, where she advises companies, creditors and other stakeholders on complex financing, restructuring, and mergers and acquisitions transactions across a range of industries. Prior to joining Raymond James, Ms. Donovan worked as a credit analyst at Bank of America and was primarily focused on underwriting credit facilities for large public and sponsor-owned middle market companies. Ms. Donovan graduated magna cum laude from Babson College with a bachelor’s degree in business administration.
