Enrique Acevedo

Enrique Acevedo joined Raymond James in 2022 as a Vice President on the Capital Structure Advisory team where he primarily serves as a financial adviser to companies, creditors and other stakeholders on chapter 11 restructurings, distressed M&A transactions, challenging debt and equity financings, recapitalizations, liability management strategies, and credit agreement amendments across a range of industries.

 

Prior to Raymond James, Mr. Acevedo was a director at M3 Partners primarily focused on both in-court and out-of-court restructurings. Prior to that, Mr. Acevedo worked in investment banking in the Technology, Media, & Telecommunications Group at J.P. Morgan. Mr. Acevedo received his BBA with concentrations in Finance and Corporate Strategy from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan and his MBA from Columbia Business School.
