John W. Ransom

John Ransom has more than 35 years of experience in healthcare finance. He spent co-founded the healthcare finance group at First Union (now Wells Fargo) in 1987 before joining Raymond James in 1996 as a healthcare services analyst. In addition to serving as managing director of the healthcare group and a member of the Raymond James benefit committee, Mr. Ransom covers a diverse array of sectors, including managed care, healthcare providers and tech-enabled healthcare solutions. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Presbyterian College in 1983 and his MBA from the University of Georgia in 1984.
