Melissa Internicola, CEP

Melissa Internicola joined Raymond James in December 2023 as head of Executive & Stock Plan Solutions within Global Wealth Solutions. In this role, Melissa works with financial advisors to navigate the nuances of corporate executive transactions and company stock plan management. Melissa specializes in the unique considerations of concentrated equity management, with particular focus on equity awards and Rule 10b5-1 plans.

Melissa began her career at Credit Suisse in 2005, and during her 10+ year tenure there, climbed the ranks to lead the Corporate Executive Services Group. In 2017, Melissa joined Charles Schwab in a business development role, and in 2018, Melissa left Schwab to join Goldman Sachs, where she spent nearly five years leading the firm’s Rule 10b5-1 plans offering as a vice president in the Private Wealth Management division. Melissa is licensed Series 7 and 63, and holds the Certified Equity Professional designation. Melissa earned her M.B.A. degree from New York University’s Stern School of Business and her B.S. degree from Cornell University.
