Greg Kessler

Greg Kessler has been with the firm since 1999, joining as a sophomore while attending the University of South Florida. He began his career in Mutual Fund Operations and following graduation, transitioned into the role of Operations Manager Trainee. After completing the training program. Greg accepted the position of Branch Operations Manager in Dallas, TX where he served through 2003.

He returned to St. Pete and moved into the newly formed role of Regional Administrative Manager (later called Divisional Administrative Manager) through June 2013. In this role he was tasked with removing much of the day to day operational responsibilities from the Regional/Divisional Directors to allow them to focus more efforts on growing the business through recruiting and coaching.

In June 2013, he was promoted to Vice President, PCG Administration with responsibilities including project management, leading the RJA charitable contribution efforts, risk management, directing PCG communications and working with individual advisors and managers on escalated issues and exception requests. In October 2019, Greg was promoted to the role of Senior Vice President, RJA Private Group Operations & Administration

Greg attended the University of South Florida where he earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Finance. He later completed the three-year Securities Industry Institute program at the Wharton School of Business.
