AFFORDABLE HOUSING INVESTMENTS

Lasting Impact

Affordable housing impact funds are more than an opportunity to make a difference. They’re an opportunity to maintain and multiply impact. Together, we improve places that enrich life – building up residents, communities and our own possibilities.

Making housing whole

Stable, enriching housing is the foundation on which people can build successful lives, supported families and stronger communities. By helping to ensure homes are built, improved and preserved, we’re proud to say we’ve made a difference in thousands of lives across the United States since 1972.

Impact Optimization

To achieve the impact we envision, our approach – which we call “Impact Optimization” – focuses on three key categories that empower effective implementation of environmental and social initiatives.

  • A suite of services provided to residents of each property, focusing on:

    • Physical health
    • Health and wellness
    • Financial and educational health

  • A third-party energy audit to be completed for each property. Recommendations of sustainable retrofitting to be discussed with acquisition partners to implement, as feasible.

  • Raymond James Affordable Housing Investments tracks and reports on metrics aligned with the IRIS+® framework, enabling us to work toward achieving the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
