Raymond James names head of Executive Compensation Services

Melissa Internicola will lead Executive Compensation Services as part of the firm’s Workplace Solutions

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. – Raymond James today announced that Melissa Internicola has joined the firm as head of Executive Compensation Services (ECS). As part of the firm’s Workplace Solutions, ECS supports Raymond James financial advisors working with companies and their executives, navigating areas such as executive compensation, employee stock plans and 10b5-1 plans. Advisors are further equipped to leverage the firm’s capabilities to support other corporate needs including share repurchases, investment banking services, interest rate swaps, corporate lending and cash management.

Internicola brings over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry. Most recently, she worked at Goldman Sachs where she was responsible for the firm’s 10b5-1 offering and collaborated with private wealth advisors to serve corporate clients, their executive teams and large shareholders.

Internicola also spent over a decade at Credit Suisse in its Corporate Executive Services group where she presented to corporate clients’ executive teams referred by financial advisors across the country. A Certified Equity Professional designate, she graduated from Cornell University and New York University’s Stern School of Business.
