Raymond James welcomes Washington advisor duo with $225 million in assets
ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. – Raymond James recently welcomed financial advisors Yvonne Hall, CFP®, CIMA® and Maegan Dornan, CFP® to Raymond James Financial Services (RJFS) – the firm’s independent advisor channel – in Issaquah, Washington, according to Bill Counsman, director for the RJFS Western division.
At Hall & Dornan Capital Partners, the advisors serve as managing partners and specialize in providing holistic planning and decision-making support to families and individuals across the U.S. They are joined at the practice by Kim Boyd Tucker, client service manager, and Tari Sheffer, registered practice manager. The team was previously affiliated with Wells Fargo where they managed approximately $225 million in client assets.

Hall brings over three decades of financial services experience to her position as wealth manager and managing partner. Previously, she spent 22 years at Wells Fargo, where she was a managing director of investments and was also a financial advisor at Morgan Stanley for more than seven years. Hall is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM professional and Certified Investment Management Analyst®. Her clients can count on her commitment to innovation and industry best practices, as she is a member of the Financial Planning Association, the East King County Estate Planning Council and the Seattle Estate Planning Council. A graduate of Berry College in North Georgia, she holds a Bachelor of Science degree.
Dornan launched her financial planning career in 2016 at Wells Fargo, after spending a decade working with clients on the liability side of their balance sheets as a mortgage consultant and senior credit manager. In addition to her planning work with clients, she is also the team liability and risk management strategist. Dornan is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM professional and holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Washington.
