Jilian Kolesa

Jilian joined Raymond James in 2011. During her time here, she has worked at both the home office and in the field. She began her RJ career as an RJFS branch examiner, covering the Midwest division. After three years of travel, she joined a local RJA office as their operations manager and was quickly promoted to the complex administrative manager for our Suncoast complex, where she managed staff across several branches, oversaw daily operations of each location, and supported the division with recruiting efforts. When Raymond James created the division/field supervision Manager roles to support the field and act as a liaison with home office supervision, it was a natural next step after five years with her teams. More recently, Jilian has been providing personalized coaching to teams across all RJ channels with our Practice Management Consulting team. She loves to help teams take their practice to the next level by creating efficient processes, giving them more capacity, and clearly defining roles and responsibilities within the branch. Originally from Pennsylvania, Jilian has an MBA from Saint Leo University and a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Florida. She has her Series 7, 66, 9, 10 and 24 licenses. In her free time, Jilian loves to travel, hike and spend time with her husband, daughter, and two dogs.
