His knack for personal financial planning is complemented by a rich history in healthcare financial management, rooted in his days as a founding partner of a national medical practice management firm. At the onset of his career, Dennis honed his auditing and accounting skills with a global accounting firm, an experience that laid the groundwork for his attention to detail and analytical skills.
Prior to business school, his path took a transformative turn in Japan, where he devoted two years as a volunteer missionary in Tokyo, Niigata, and Matsumoto. This chapter, along with his subsequent economic development work with Japanese industry at The Japan Center of Tennessee, cultivated a global outlook and a heartfelt commitment to client and community service. Dennis's academic journey, a blend of finance, economics, and accounting studies from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and Middle Tennessee State University, helped equip him with the financial acumen he’s known for today.
Dennis is licensed with Series 7, 9, 10, and 63 securities credentials and finds his purpose in aligning his skills with his clients’ financial aspirations. His commitment extends beyond his desk as an active participant in both state and national accounting and financial planning associations, as well as various leadership and volunteer positions in his community.
Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, Dennis's roots have now intertwined with the landscapes of Signal Mountain, Tennessee, and Heber City, Utah, where he treasures the company of his wife, Celeste, their children, and grandchildren. Dennis’s leisure is a reflection of his life’s work—whether it's losing himself in a compelling book, studying a foreign language, cheering on the Atlanta Braves, embracing the outdoors, or sharing a round of golf with friends, he embodies the balance and fulfillment he wishes for each client he serves.
