With over two decades of professional experience, Amy is a valuable asset in her role as Client Service Manager. Her service-oriented mindset ensures that she consistently is ready to go above and beyond to meet the daily requirements of our diverse client base. Leveraging her extensive background, Amy also serves in a crucial role as our Technical Liaison, bridging the gap between client needs and technical solutions.

Amy holds a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from the University of Tennessee, Chattanooga, strengthening her understanding of client relationships and strategic communications. A native of Red Bank, she has continued to be an active member of her local community, now residing in Hixson with her husband, Danny, and their son, Bradley.

In her free time, Amy nurtures her creative side through crafting and enjoys the outdoors by hiking and biking with friends. Above all, Amy values quality time with her family, whether they're tackling DIY projects or enjoying a family movie night.
