The PIC Desk provides investment opportunities and capital markets-based solutions to top tier clients who are private in nature but institutional in terms of their size and sophistication.* The PIC Desk offers tailored financing solutions, co-investment opportunities in the private marketplace and access to an extensive range of asset classes and platforms.

 

*PIC clients must qualify as an “institutional account” under FINRA Rule 4512(c) (i.e., clients must have at a minimum $50 million in total assets). PIC products and services are not available for retail distribution.

  • We provide clients with customized solutions, leveraging our extensive resources and capabilities to generate unique investment opportunities and financing solutions. 

    Capabilities of the PIC Desk include, but are not limited to:

    • Capital markets: We work to identify sophisticated opportunities that provide bespoke portfolio solutions across different asset classes.
    • Structured lending: We manage transactions involving both liquid and illiquid assets, equity margin loans and cash-flow monetization.

  • The Investments platform provides differentiated and thematic investment solutions in the form of private markets investments, co-investments, or other passive and control opportunities. 

    Private market transactions allow investors to access distinctive deals that are not available on typical wealth management platforms. Some illustrative examples may include:

    • Co-investments opportunities in private markets
    • Opportunistic direct equity investments
    • Private debt syndication
    • Off-market real estate acquisition and development opportunities

  • As your Client Advisor, we work collaboratively with the PIC Desk to introduce prospects and clients interested in learning about specific PIC Desk investment opportunities.  The PIC Desk may source products and investment opportunities from Raymond James as well as other institutions. The PIC Desk acts as the  a single point of contact, liaising with the client, client advisor and the division, group, or trading desk offering the PIC Desk product and/or service.

  • We serve eligible private investment companies, ultra high net worth individuals, foundations, family offices, as well as select other institutional clients that satisfy FINRA’s definition of an institutional account as defined under FINRA 4512 (c) and meet institutional suitability requirements as defined by FINRA. The PIC Desk products and services are not available for retail distribution.
