We initially help you define your goals through the development of two critical documents, an Education Policy Statement and Investment Policy Statement. They are the keys to the success of an investment strategy and serve as the foundation for providing clear risk and return objectives, performance evaluation standards, and any portfolio constraints.
Once your plan is in place, we measure its progress against the metrics established in these two documents, and carefully monitor performance. We work solely in your best interest. We are under no pressure to sell proprietary products, but instead have the freedom to select from a wide universe of available investments.
Our advisors stay current on new developments and regulations affecting the qualified retirement plan industry, keeping you abreast of changes relevant to your plan. In addition, we provide education to plan participants, first at enrollment and then as needs demand.
