The Advisory Process

We recognize that finances are an intricate part of our clients’ lives, affecting nearly every aspect: owning family homes, educating children and grandchildren, planning for retirement, supporting charitable causes, and passing on wealth responsibly to future generations. We understand that financial planning is about more than money. It involves overseeing and coordinating the interlocking elements of a customized strategy for financial success.

Assessment

The first meeting consists primarily of sharing information. It is important to us to discover your priorities, goals and dreams for the future. We use several tools, including questionnaires and interviews, to understand the prospective clients current situation, investment experience and risk tolerance. As the prospective client, the more information you provide, the more complete picture we will have.

Recommendations

After analyzing the provided information, we will design an investment strategy that is sensitive to the parts of your financial life that you wish to address. We will then recommend a customized portfolio that addresses both your risk tolerance and your stated objectives. Dedicated to providing straightforward investment information, it is important to us that our clients thoroughly understand their investment plan.

Implementation

In implementing your customized plan, there are often details to address. At each step of the process, we are accessible and available to provide information and answer questions. We will also make you aware of the various capabilities of our office and how to best utilize the scope of our services.

Management

Once implemented, the components of your portfolio are managed so that the asset allocation remains in line with your objectives. Individual investments are monitored, and adjustments are made when needed. Periodic consultations help to make this process dynamic as things change and the circumstances of your life and your goals and objectives evolve. During turbulent times, we provide perspective and a steady eye on your goals.
