Community activities offer the opportunity to work with others and form relationships outside of a business environment. Jim has been involved in youth sports while he served on the boards of Lutz Leagueretts Softball and the Gaither High School Booster Club. He served as an Officer and Treasurer of the Propeller Club - Port of Tampa, and served for five years on the Ellsworth G. Simmons Good Government Award Committee for the Hillsborough County Board of County Commissioners.
