Founders
Before evolving into the “Campbell Courtright Peterson Group of Raymond James” and even before being known as the “Campbell Courtright Group of Raymond James”, Campbell Consulting Services was founded in 2002 in Hailey, ID, by Bill and Eltiena Campbell.
“We opened our doors in 2002 to better serve our clientele. Having spent more than a decade employed at national broker-dealers, we saw a need for delivering services through a truly independent structure. We founded our company on traditional concepts – honesty, trust, attention to detail, commitment – these are principles which continue to guide our client relationships today”. – Bill Campbell
“I enjoy the interaction we have with individual employees. For many we meet with, our involvement in their 401(k) plan is the only interaction they have with a financial professional. I’ve seen the simple concepts that we impart keep many employees from making common investment mistakes – which is important to us. It’s especially rewarding to feel like we make a difference.” – Eltiena Campbell
Before founding Campbell Consulting, Bill served as a 401(k) District Manager for ADP and later as a Retirement Plans Consultant for UBS/Paine Webber. Eltiena was an investment banking analyst with Smith Barney and State Street Bank for six years before joining UBS/Paine Webber as a Retirement Plans Consultant. They retired from Raymond James in 2019, with the practice now led by Patrick Courtright, with the support of Joe Peterson, now a partner. With offices in Boise, Eagle, and Twin Falls, the Campbell Courtright Peterson Group of Raymond James continues to grow at an exponential rate, proudly serving clients throughout the West and helping them navigate the retirement planning process to save enough and retire with dignity.
Bill and Eltiena have been married for over 20 years, and currently reside in Florida. They have two sons, Connor, and Thomas, both away at college. They enjoy traveling, biking, and skiing, having both been coaches for their local youth ski team.
