Tandy understands the importance of relationships and communication when it comes to building a successful financial plan. As a Certified Financial Planner™ professional and registered investment advisor representative with more than 41 years of experience, he provides his clients with independent, conservative guidance and helps them build investment strategies aimed at preserving their hard-earned wealth. Tandy holds his Series 7, 63 and 65 licenses. Tandy is a member of Raymond James' Chairman's Council*.

He also holds a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of the South in Sewanee, Tennessee. Tandy is a former member of the vestry of St. Mark's Cathedral and a member of The Community Foundation's investment committee. He also is a past president of Providence House, a homeless outreach program, and a past chairman of the Downtown Shreveport YMCA.

In his free time, Tandy enjoys golf, tennis and exercise. He and his wife, Amy, have two children, Blain and Brant, and live in Shreveport.
