Matt Coady is a Financial Advisor with Raymond James, in the firm’s Shreveport branch office. Matt believes the cornerstone of a successful client/advisor relationship is the mutual trust and respect that develops over time, and he is deeply committed to helping his clients realize their long-term financial goals. He provides a comprehensive approach to wealth planning, risk management and estate planning to individuals, families, family offices, and businesses.

Matt employs the vast resources of Raymond James, one of the largest independent financial services firms in the nation, to bring the right guidance and tailored financial strategies designed to meet his clients’ specific needs. He works diligently to meet his clients’ expectations with quality customer service and the intention of being their trusted wealth advisor for life.

Prior to beginning his career in financial services in 2023, he served as General Manager for a internationally recognized downstream oil and gas manufacturing company. He received his undergraduate degree from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, LA.

Originally from Baton Rouge, he is active in the community as a volunteer for organizations such as St. Marks Cathedral Church and the Shreveport Symphony Orchestra. He is a a member of the Shreveport Bossier Military Affairs Council. He enjoys cooking and spending time with his family. Matt and his wife, Blain, have two children, Lewis and Edward.
