As a plan sponsor, they are legally responsible for adhering to fiduciary requirements set forth by the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) – particularly requirements related to investment prudence and diversity.

We provide the guidance they need to help them manage risk and remain compliant, and write or revise their investment policy statement. We also analyze equity research and capital markets on their behalf, and perform the due diligence necessary to help them maintain and manage their plan.
