Jelani has been serving the financial needs of families, business owners and prospering professionals since he began his career in wealth management. Originally from Linwood, New Jersey, Jelani graduated from Stockton University. In 2022, Jelani was featured as a 30 Under 35 Top Young African American Leader of South Jersey by Front Runner New Jersey.* Before joining Raymond James in 2023, Jelani ran for a local office as the candidate for County Commissioner. Desiring to continue contributing to his community, Jelani decided to pursue his passion for wealth management, initiating his career with UBS Financial Services. Currently, Jelani serves as the Local-Chair for the Valor Veterans Inclusion Network of Raymond James and as Chairman of the New Jersey Delta Chapter of the Phi Delta Theta Chapter Advisory Board. Outside of the office, Jelani enjoys reading, running in Central Park and dedicating his time to philanthropic causes.
