Randy, a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional, has dedicated more than 30 years to assisting his clients in organizing their investment objectives and navigating the financial markets toward the achievement of their goals. He graduated from East Carolina University with a Bachelor of Science in accounting and a Master’s Degree in finance. He also achieved the designation of Chartered Retirement Plans Specialist™ through the College of Financial Planning.
Randy is a member of the Greenville Estate Planning Council. He also serves as a director on the board of the Kathleen Monahan Foundation, a 501(c)3 that supports the quality of cultural offerings in Tarpon Springs, Florida.
Maintaining office locations in Greenville, SC and Trinity, FL, Randy, his wife René and his two sons enjoy the contrast of the Gulf Coast of Florida with the foothills of South Carolina. Hiking, biking, scuba diving, golf and spending time with good friends occupy much of their "down time."

Doug Adler, AAMS™, WMS™ is a Senior Vice President of Investments at Azimuth Wealth Management of Raymond James, where he strives to ensure that all of his clients receive the best possible experience throughout the financial planning process. With over 25 years of industry experience, Doug has been appointed as Managing Director.
Drawing on his many years of experience, he assists his clients with the unique financial challenges they face as they approach and during retirement. Focusing on overall financial management and the creation and preservation of wealth, Doug assists business owners, managers, successful individuals, and certain qualifying retirees with financial and retirement planning strategies. He is recognized as a skilled, reliable, and caring financial professional. With his intelligent, discerning style, he is someone people are comfortable with and with whom they can share their concerns.
Doug has earned the Accredited Asset Management Specialist™, AAMS™, and Wealth Management Specialist™, WMS™, designations. He also holds a Series 24 (General Securities Principal). Series 7 (General Securities Representative Exam), 9/10 (General Securities Sales Supervisor), 63 (Uniform Securities Agent State), and 65 (Investment Advisor Representative) securities licenses and has two bachelor’s degrees in business from Central Michigan University, where he played football on scholarship.
Doug and his wife, Rene’, have been blessed with Sam, Danielle, and Quinn. Doug enjoys college sports, boating, and time at the cottage in his leisure time
Courtland Williams is an advisor and the complex manager for Raymond James & Associates in Greenville and Spartanburg. In 2003, he began his career with Morgan Keegan in Birmingham and after 7 successful years as an advisor and manager he moved to Greenville in February 2011 to manage the Morgan Keegan offices. He joined Raymond James & Associates in April 2012 through the acquisition of Morgan Keegan which created an impressive team of more than 30 retail financial advisors in Greenville and Spartanburg.
As a producing-manager, Courtland and his team share a goal of providing superior service to their clients by developing long-term relationships based on an in-depth understanding of each client’s unique needs. Courtland is involved in the United Way of Greenville County and is a member of the Palmetto Society. The Alabama native lives in Greenville with his wife, Kaitlyn, and children, Roger and Noelle.
Shelby was raised on a farm in Nebraska and attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, majoring in agricultural economics and entrepreneurship. After graduating in May of 2020, Shelby accepted a client service representative position at TD Ameritrade, applying her background in commodity marketing to the finance industry. While working at TD, she fell in love with financial planning and quickly earned her Series 7 license. When her best friend moved to Greenville in 2021, Shelby decided to accompany her, despite having never before even heard of the city. In October 2021, Shelby joined Azimuth as a Registered Client Service Associate, where she utilizes her administrative skills and financial knowledge to help clients achieve their long-term planning goals.
Away from the office, Shelby loves to travel, hike, and spend time with friends.
Melissa began her financial services career with Morgan Keegan in 2010, serving as a cashier and wire operator before moving into a client service associate role. She later secured the role of assistant to the complex manager, Courtland Williams. Melissa joined Raymond James in 2013 during the firm’s acquisition of Morgan Keegan and currently oversees operations and support staff for two Greenville, South Carolina, complex locations. She holds her Series 7, 9, 10, 31 and 63 as well as her insurance license.
Melissa is passionate about helping people persue financial goals for themselves and their families. Versatile and reliable by nature, she takes a detail-oriented approach to her daily work. Melissa wants every client to have a sense of knowing that their interests are our priority – first and foremost; whether it be by her, her staff or Raymond James.
An avid reader, Melissa enjoys spending time with her family and friends, as well as cheering on the Clemson Tigers. Originally from Williamston and living in Mauldin, Melissa has been a HOG Day volunteer with Raymond James for the past eight years.
Brian Flemmer began his career in the Financial Services Industry in 1996 at Wells Fargo in Yakima, Washington. Since then, he has worked at Smith Barney, Morgan Stanley, Morgan Keegan and Raymond James. He provides corporate coaching and maintains six securities licenses.* During his tenure he has served in various financial services branch, training & corporate roles including most recently as Raymond James’ Southern Division Sales Manager and currently as Complex Manager in Greenville, SC.
He has been the senior or sole lead on major field facing platform integrations for such organizations as Morgan Keegan and Alex. Brown. Over the years, Brian has worked with thousands of advisors on integrating technology and efficient processes into their practice. Prior to his role as Complex Manager, he most recently focused on initiatives promoting tools & resources for strengthening risk management, creating capacity, improving the client experience & financial planning.
Brian’s family includes his wife of 19 years, Jennifer, along with their daughters Sophia, 16 and Elaina 13. Rounding out their family is Lester, their six year old Beagle.
They are currently in the process of moving their family to Greenville, SC from Tampa, FL.
