Hall is a founding partner of Tumlin Levin Sumner Wealth Management. Since 1999, Hall has helped individuals, families, charitable organizations and businesses develop proactive strategies to build, manage and preserve wealth. He believes today's markets demand an active, disciplined investment management approach designed to adapt to changing markets, and that his clients need and deserve objective and timely financial advice and guidance.

Like the other partners on the team, Hall began his career as a financial advisor with A.G. Edwards, a predecessor of Wells Fargo Advisors. Hall joined Raymond James in May 2015. He holds a bachelor's degree in business from Auburn University and went on to earn the prestigious Certified Financial Planner™ certification from the College for Financial Planning. In order to complete the demanding course, he had to complete approved educational programs, pass rigorous examinations and meet stringent experience requirements, as well as stay updated on changes in the industry through continuing education.

Committed to helping his community prosper, he is an active member of St. Helena's Anglican Church, Board Chair of Boys & Girls Club of the Northern Beaufort County, served on the advisory Board for USCB Center for the Arts and past president of Main Street Beaufort, USA. Hall and his wife, Amy, live in Beaufort with their children, Mary Claire, Lillian and Jack.
