As a long-time fan and former president of the Club board, I have always had a passion for the Boys & Girls Club movement. This is just another small way for me to stay involved with the kids. Our support will continue both in money and time. I encourage everyone to take on a “selfish” project as we have. Our tradition of having the kids create Thanksgiving cards over the last five years was so fun for the kids and popular with our clients that we decided to extend the event into the Holiday Season again this year.

We decided six years ago to start this tradition of Thanksgiving cards for our clients, trying to be different. The idea morphed into having kids do the artwork for us and rewarding them. It all started out as a selfish way to tug on the hearts of our clients, which quickly began to tug on our hearts. I believe that we actually enjoy this whole event more than the kids, and our clients love the cards.
