A growing financial services franchise in the Lake Norman Area is looking for several Financial Advisors.
Williamson Wealth Group is an independent office. Securities offered through Raymond James Financial Services, Inc., Member FINRA/SIPC. Is currently seeking a qualified Financial Advisor to staff its full service financial services program in their North Carolina Satellite branch in Huntersville, North Carolina.
The Financial Advisor will offer a full line of investment products, including mutual funds, annuities, insurance, equities and fixed income securities in a financial planning setting. This position requires you to conform to legal and regulatory requirements and guidelines associated with securities regulators, FINRA, the SEC and Raymond James Financial Services.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Identify client needs, analyze portfolio information, define investment goals, build plans and make recommendations for clients to achieve their investment objectives through individual investment strategies while meeting your asset and revenue targets.
Prospect for and retain clients by enabling them to reach their financial planning goals based on their objectives, time horizon, and risk tolerance.
Evaluates prospects and clients in terms of their financial needs, current holdings, and available investment capital and guides them in identifying their investment objectives.
Advises clients and prospective clients with information on investment products and services, in addition to providing suitable recommendations.
Seeks business on a continual basis for broker-dealer through customers and potential customers.
Obtains and verifies the customer's purchase and sale instructions, enters orders and follows up on completion of transactions.
Monitors the client's portfolio and makes recommendations consistent with changes in economic and financial conditions as well as the customer's needs and objectives, taking newly offered investments into consideration.
Demonstrates technical expertise, strong revenue results and asset growth in investments and fiduciary products, and strong interpersonal skills, as well as provides exceptional service throughout the investment process.
Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Educational/License Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree (B.A.) from a four year college or university with a minimum of 3 to 4 years sales or business experience
• Series 7, 63, 65, 66 and appropriate insurance licenses
•Required transfer of Book of Business with approximate Production Level of minimum $***k
•Strong Compliance Record and exceptional ability to grow revenue, assets and client base
