Two Quick WORTHWHILE Reads
This month we are sharing two short articles from Raymond James WORTHWHILE magazine.
“Prepare Your Heirs” deals with the challenges of successfully passing your wealth and values to the next generation—to help them grow and preserve that wealth in order to thrive. We often cite the philosophy shared by Warren Buffett and Bill Gates, both who have said, “I want to leave my children enough money so they can do something but not enough so they can do nothing.” It is a philosophy that I, along with many of our clients, embrace. The article gives some good advice on how to deal with a sensitive topic.
“Become a Super Saver” answers a question we are often asked about how much clients should be saving at certain ages and what is the best manner to do so. There is good advice for teens up through people in their 70’s and 80’s.
We hope you are enjoying your summer! It is well into the 110’s+ in Arizona and many of us are heading for cooler climates whenever possible. It is fun to get back to somewhat of a sense of normalcy after the last 14 months!
