January 2015 - MWT Investment Group and DiLauro Financial Services merge to create The Wealth Advisory Group of DiLauro Wracher & Thomas. $450MM in combined assets, 1 office location, 1 affiliate office location, 5 Financial Advisors, 1 Affiliate Advisor and 4 Staff Associates.

January 2016 - DWT signs an agreement to partner with Consumers National Bank to provide wealth planning to their clients. David L. Archer II, CFP®, Nathan W. Cope, AIF® and Jeffery S. Spicer, CRPS® service 14 branch locations with $14MM in assets. This relationship, as of 01/22/21 now has 18 branch locations and $42MM in assets.

October 2016 - DWT signs an agreement to partner with the 401k platform of Group Management Services (GMS) with 78 plans and $21MM in assets. This relationship, as of 01/22/21 now has 310 plans and $160MM in 401k assets.

January 2018 - DWT breaks ground on a new corporate headquarters in Fairlawn, OH.

May 2018 - DWT acquires Wolf Financial after a year and a half of negotiations led by Robert M. dePalma. DWT retains locations in Greensburg, PA and Hermitage, PA. Oil City, PA becomes an affiliate branch. Robert M. dePalma, Tamara L. Heckman, Joseph M. Mallino, Joyce Kinnard, Matthew R. Shack, Rege O’Neill and Ilona Paldino join DWT.

August 2019 - DWT acquires Harry Wollet Financial. Linda S. Crish and James A. Pipino join DWT adding another branch location out of Boardman, OH.

January 2021 - DWT boasts $1.6BLN in assets, 5 office locations, 2 affiliate office locations, 10 Financial Advisors, 6 Affiliate Advisors and 10 Staff Associates.
