The Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®)

The Accredited Investment Fiduciary® (AIF®) Designation is a professional certification that demonstrates an advisor or other person serving as an investment fiduciary has met certain requirements to earn and maintain the credential.

Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS®)

The CEBS designation is a credential that is recognized for the depth and relevance of critical knowledge achieved. It draws from the GBA and RPA curriculum to build a total benefits perspective and is achieved by successfully completing all five required courses.

CHARTERED FINANCIAL CONSULTANT (ChFC®)

A Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) is a financial planning professional who has completed a rigorous program of study in areas such as financial planning, investment planning, retirement planning, estate planning, and more. The ChFC designation is awarded by The American College of Financial Services, which is a leading institution in financial education.

CHARTERED LIFE UNDERWRITER (CLU®)

The Chartered Life Underwriter ® (CLU ®) has been the industry gold standard for almost 100 years. It has stood the test of time and will continue to do so by remaining dynamic and relevant to the financial challenges of today.

Investment Adviser Representative (IAR)

An Investment Adviser Representative (IAR) is an individual who offers advisory services through a Registered Investment Advisor (e.g., RIA) and provides investment-related advice for a fee.

Raymond James Retirement Plan & Institutional Advisory Council advisors can help plan sponsors manage the decision-making process, document the steps along the way and supervise the results of those decisions, all while acting in your plan’s best interests.

Raymond James’ Retirement Plan & Institutional Advisory Council membership is based on assets under management, number of qualified group retirement plans, designations obtained, and compliance record. The Registered Employee Benefits Consultant (REBC®)

The Registered Employee Benefits Consultant® (REBC®) designation includes practical knowledge on pensions and retirement plan funding, installation, and administration. The program covers group medical plans, long-term care, executive compensation, personnel management, and more. The College ceded this designation to the National Association of Health Underwriters (NAHU), which issues and supports the REBC® designation today.
