Our clients management process
Our primary goal as wealth managers is to help our clients preserve and manage their wealth while reducing investment risk. Taking a conservative approach, we do not necessarily seek to obtain the highest returns possible, but rather a rate of growth that outpaces inflation while remaining consistent with our clients' attitudes about risk, reward and their long term objectives.
We believe that stocks will outperform other asset classes over time; however, we understand that diversifying our clients' investments among stocks, bonds, income real estate, tangible assets, and alternative investments is critical to helping reduce risk and improving overall long term performance.

Our initial meeting is a fact-finding mission. We will gather vital information, such as your financial goals, savings, assets, liabilities, tax bracket, income, investment time horizon, risk tolerance, economic dependents and beneficiaries. In addition, we’ll explain our investment philosophy and how we can best help you reach your goals.
-
In our second meeting, we will review your Blueprint, a personalized report tailored to your needs. We'll develop a customized asset allocation model to illustrate our team's recommendations for your account. If appropriate, we'll then formulate an investment policy statement and discuss your investment structure.
-
In our third meeting, we'll fine-tune the Blueprint, sign documents, transfer assets and engage our recommendations. We will also discuss using Goal Planning and Monitoring (GPM)* to track your retirement readiness.
*The projections or other information generated by Goal Planning & Monitoring regarding the likelihood of various investment outcomes are hypothetical in nature, do not reflect actual investment results and are not guarantees of future results. Goal Planning & Monitoring results may vary with each use and over time.

Throughout the year, you will receive monthly and/or quarterly Raymond James statements and have 24/7 unlimited online access to all aspects of your accounts. Once the Blueprint is engaged, members of the Oberlin Group will contact you to conduct ongoing portfolio reviews, investment management, client service and general account administration. We'll recommend a re-balancing of your portfolio on a regular basis as we check performance and progress toward reaching your financial goals.
Past performance does not guarantee future results. Holding stocks for the long term does not ensure a profitable outcome. Investing always involves risk, and you may incur a profit or a loss. Diversification does not guarantee a profit or ensure against a loss. Opinions expressed are not necessarily those of Raymond James.
