The foundation’s mission is to provide aid supplementary to public tax dollars for the support and benefit of Cabrillo College. The Cabrillo College Foundation gave $2,632,008 to Cabrillo College last year to provide scholarships, support student services like tutoring, and provide grants for faculty and staff to improve learning. (Board of Trustees, 2020 – present, Finance Committee member, President’s Circle)

Pacific Collegiate School’s mission is to provide exemplary, standards-based college preparatory and fine arts education for public middle and high school students of Santa Cruz County and bordering areas. The school's vision is to offer any student the same quality of education offered by the most academically distinguished schools in California. (Board of Directors (2015-2019), Vice-President, Business Development, Volunteer Finance Committee 2014-present).

Santa Cruz Shakespeare envisions a community where generations are increasingly passionate and knowledgeable about Shakespeare and Live theater, a community that engages in active discussion about language and art and reaches for passion, connection, and empowerment.

Rotary is a worldwide organization of more than 1.2 million business, professional, and community leaders. Members of Rotary clubs, known as Rotarians, provide humanitarian service, encourage high ethical standards in all vocations, and help build goodwill and peace in the world. The Santa Cruz Children's Museum of Discovery (MOD) mission is to delight, inspire and challenge by providing an exciting and interactive learning environment in which children and their adults can explore the wonders of our county. The museum opened at the Capitola Mall in November 2014. (Volunteer/Board of Directors, 2014-2016)

The mission of the Dominican Hospital Foundation is to assure that philanthropic resources are available to respond and support the changing health care needs of the people within the Santa Cruz area served by Dominican Hospital. (Professional Advisory Board 2014-2017)

The Together Women Rise (previously Dining for Women) mission is to empower women and girls living in extreme poverty by funding programs that foster good health, education, and economic self-sufficiency and to cultivate educational giving circles that inspire individuals to make a positive difference through the power of collective giving.

The Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) Program educates people about disaster preparedness for hazards that may impact their area and trains them in basic disaster response skills, such as fire safety, light search and rescue, team organization, and disaster medical operations. Using the training, CERT members can assist others in their neighborhood or workplace following an event when professional responders are not immediately available to help.
