NPO Cooperation Circle: Peer-to-Peer Knowledge Network
In order to learn about the distinct needs of non-profit organizations, our team organizes a peer-to-peer knowledge-sharing network called NPO Cooperation Circle where non-profit CFOs discuss wide-ranging topics of interest, share best practices with the mutual goals of organizational enhancement and learn by collaboration. We host quarterly meetings with 10-15 forward thinking non-profit finance leaders. Some of the critical topics discussed in this forum have been – the safe return to the office, engaging donors without the ability to host in-person events, alternative revenue streams, right-sizing budgets, and business continuity planning.
