Richard J. Rosnack runs a boutique-style practice where he serves as financial steward for each of his clients. He believes that most clients prefer to work directly with a professional consultant versus a secondary subordinate in the management of their financial affairs.
In providing customized wealth management services to clients and their families, Richard specializes in money management and financial planning strategies. He collaborates extensively with his client’s existing professional advisors and counsel to help assure the optimal integration of the tax, estate and philanthropic planning aspects along with periodic monitoring of those strategies. He and his staff work to coordinate a team approach so all are on the same page.
Service Commitment
Based on our strong commitment to provide quality service to our existing clients, we must limit the number of new prospective clients we work with by requiring the potential of a $1 million minimum household account(s). This allows us to properly serve those who have entrusted us with their assets. Although our client relationships vary in length, our average median client relationship is more than 10 years.

Through Raymond James, our team provides professional money management and customized wealth management services in a private boutique format to a small group of clients and their families. Our objective is to deliver personalized investment management and strategies and personalized financial planning , as well as collaborate as needed with our clients’ existing professional advisors to coordinate the integration of tax, estate and philanthropic strategies in their financial plans. Based on Richard’s more than 30 years in the financial services industry and extensive financial services education, he assumes the role of financial steward to guide our clients in their decision making process.
