In Our Community
Member of Odessa Optimist Club since 2006.
Optimists are a community service organization dedicated to bringing out the best in kids.Optimist International's motto is "Friends of Youth". Our local Club honors over 200
students each November at our Youth Appreciation Banquet, initiated in 1949.
In addition, we award annual scholarships to area high school students planning
to continue their college education.

Initiated the Debbie Carrasco Swimathon in 1997 and continued the event for 9 years
