John Hanlon serves financial advisors and their clients by building strong relationships and working collaboratively to ensure that the best outcome for the client is achieved.
John is passionate about working with financial advisors and their clients to help meet their family wealth goals. He strives to develop both a personal and professional relationship with financial advisors and be viewed as a valued member of their extended team. As a Wealth Management Consultant, John works together with financial advisors to oversee a comprehensive process to help clients articulate their goals and dreams, provide suggestions on strategies, create a timeline for implementation and assist them with follow-through.
For more than 30 years, John has understood the importance of financial planning and has developed an expertise in wealth conservation and transfer strategies, charitable planning, business disposition and the use of insurance in financial planning. He earned a Masters' of Science in Financial Services from The American College and his B.A. in Business Administration from Rollins College. John values ongoing education to continue to grow and expand his expertise, and to that end, he has completed several distinguished industry certifications that demonstrate his commitment to wealth management planning. He has earned the Certified Private Wealth Advisor® (CPWA®) designation, specifically designed for wealth managers who work with affluent clients, focusing on the life cycle of wealth: accumulation, preservation and distribution. He has also completed the rigorous Chartered Financial Consultant® (ChFC®) program, which focuses on creating plans and financial planning for the future. In addition, he achieved the Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU®) designation to demonstrate his breadth and depth of knowledge in insurance and how to manage risk.

Tom Morgan is a vice president and trust consultant at Raymond James Trust. His role is to work with financial advisors and their clients in the Northeast region to educate them about trust services provided through Raymond James Trust.
Tom has over 25 years of experience in the area of trust and estate services. Prior to joining Raymond James Trust he was a trust and estate specialist with Comerica Bank & Trust N.A. for over five years, a wealth management consultant at UBS Financial Services for five years and a trust and estate specialist for Merrill Lynch Trust Company for 12 years.
Tom earned his bachelor’s degree at Roger Williams School of Finance. He also earned his Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor (CTFA) designation.
