Q: How do I find my statement?
A: Raymond James’ Investor Access provides convenient and secure access to all your Raymond James accounts. Enrollment is easy. Please follow this link.
Q: Can I still receive paper statements?
A: Yes. You can request this through Investor Access. Enrollment is easy. Please follow this link.
Q: Where can I find definitions to financial terms?
A: Please follow this link to a glossary designed to help you understand some of the more common investment and financial terms you may encounter.
Q: How can I access my 1099 documents?
A: Please login to your Raymond James Investor Access account. Once logged in, please go to My Account and then Statements. On the bottom left side of the page, you will see a section entitled Other Documents. In that section, choose Tax Reporting. Once there, you will be able to get all of you tax documents for all of your accounts. If you are looking for past tax documents, please adjust the date range to the appropriate date range.
